About the Employer Advisory Centre

The Employer Advisory Centre is a resource, advisory, and support centre that provides employers in Saskatchewan with the tools and support needed to better navigate the WCB system.

An an employer, you may have questions about where to start when applying for WCB coverage, how to obtain injury prevention educational materials, and what to do when an injury happens.

You may require additional support to understand WCB requirements, request a letter of good standing, understand how to fill out forms, pay your employers premiums, or help with return to work.

This can include:

The Employer Advisory Centre exists to provide the following services to employers:

  • Education on disability prevention, return-to-work, effective claims management and appeals.
  • Support and advice to determine whether the employer has a legitimate appealable situation.
  • Education on the likelihood of winning an appeal and/or coaching to prepare for an appeal.
  • Guiding the employer through the process of drafting and filing a WCB appeal where necessary.

The Employer Advisory Centre will not provide employers with representation services at any level of an appeal.
